Our final product is the ecoC, which has the highest calorific value among the solid heating materials in the world. EcoC has 25% better calorific value (28-32MJ) than conventional coal (22-26MJ).
To support the above, check out our comparison with other solid fuel materials.
Our product is almost waterproof, has a low soaking capacity and a significantly faster drying time than its traditional competitors. When used properly, our briquettes will glow up to 18 hours, unlike similar heating materials.
This environment friendly briquettes are suitable for domestic heating, and for industrial and power plant use too, since they can be processed in a suitable thermal power plant in order to produce electricity.
Due to the low ash content of our product, the energy production itself becomes more economical, as there are no by-products to be disposed of.
The raw material for the production of EcoC is the by-product produced during the pyrolysis of used tires. Our raw material comes from local pyrolysis factories and plants. Our company's technology only uses the raw material, but does not produce it.
The essence of the patented process is that the byproduct produced during pyrolysis of used tires is mixed with special binding material examined by the inventors, and then the mixture is compressed under high pressure with our special technology and machinery in order to press and cut into the perfect shape and size.
During the production of the final product, no environmentally harmful substances are emitted, only electricity is required.
The aim of our pioneer technologies and products always have been and always will to reduce CO2 emission, use the unused waste to create new usable materials as well as reduce the energy cost and harms of natural resources.
EcoC’s certificate issued by TÜV-SÜD (under the number R – 1983392) complies with the following aspects of the standard 17500/1-76 Classification of fuel briquettes, solid fuel produced from combustible solid by-products obtained by mechanical treatment during production.
