About us - the New Fire Technology

New Fire Technology Plc.. was established in 2016 aiming to create innovative solutions in the fields of renewable energy and recycled material creation.

The problem

Today, the destruction and storage of used car tires is becoming a growing problem worldwide. In addition, processors have not been able to use all by-products during destruction so, a significant amount of waste is generated.

Because of the storage problem of this waste, pyrolysis plants are often forced to reduce or, in worse cases, close down their own processing capacity.

According to our information, 90,000,000 (90 m) tons of this ecoal product produced by pyrolysis are accumulated in the entire territory of Europe alone.

 

The raw material

The solution we have developed for the problem is the ecoC, which is based on the by-product of pyrolysis of used tyres.

According to our research, 90 million tons of this by-product is accumulated in Europe alone,  which has serious impact on the environment. This would be made more favorable by the production of our ecoC product.

Innovation and technology

NFT Plc.’s owners invented a patented process in which byproduct produced during pyrolysis of used tires that is compressed into a heating briquette (or as we call it: ecoal), which is unique in the world.

 

THE ECOC - THE ENVIROMENT FRIENDLY BRIQUETTE

Our final product is the ecoC, which has the highest calorific value among the solid heating materials in the world. EcoC has 25% better calorific value (28-32MJ) than conventional coal (22-26MJ).

 

When properly used, our briquettes can glow for up to 18 hours, unlike its competitors.

 

The solution

Our environment friendly briquettes are suitable for domestic heating, and for industrial and power plant use too, since they can be processed in a suitable thermal power plant in order to produce electricity.

EcoC can completely replace the need for power plant - industrial - and residential heating material, as our product has a higher calorific value and its lower environmental load has a more favourable effect during its use than coal or any other fuel.

At the same time, this results in a reduction in the use of fossil fuels, thereby helping to preserve and protect the environment.
